This is a national role working alongside the two Program Directors I provide business management for national development team of 32 staff and portfolio and pipeline of over 50 projects to the value of two billion dollars. I monitor the delivery schedule to ensure that the Development unit meets stakeholder requirements, Key Performance Indicators, budget requirements. I utilise a Business Intelligence system and work flow systems to track the performance of the unit and provide commentary to the Program Directors including lead indicators of potential program slippages and possible solutions. Within this role I also compose documents and presentations for the Executive, DHA board and external clients on varying topics, and provide verbal briefings as required . Throughout my employment I have been exposed to different facets of the property industry and utilise sound judgement and analytical skills to review data which enables me to provide guidance of the provision of properties for the property portfolio, assess re-development opportunities and potential disposals.I am also the Chair of the DHA Awards Committee requires managing a budget and forecast for planned award applications, event attendance and sponsorship of industry events and assessment of the strategic and operational benefit of these to the company.
