  St Andrew's Anglican College is based near Noosa and is a large day school catering for 1350 students from Prep - Year 12. It has grown incredibly in such a short time and much of this is due to the strong Sporting culture that encourages and promotes active, healthy lifestyles. It has quickly developed a strong sporting tradition and the students have received numerous Olympic, Commonwealth and National awards and acknowledgements for their academic and sporting prowess. As the Director of Sport I lead a large, professional and successful school co-curricular program. St Andrew's fields over 220 Sports teams each year in 28 different Sports and I am responsible for staff selection, mentoring and training. Creating an environment for teams to learn the process of high performance has been critical to our success. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I am actively involved in the decisions that influence the direction and culture of the school. Show less
