My work here included assistance with the detailed benefit design, ensuring that the cost allocation methodology aligned with the business case and development of a remuneration structure for the sale of the products.• Implementation of elements of above mentioned initiatives. This included ownership of elements of system implementation, assisting with appointments and training of workforce, development of marketing strategies and liaison with third party providers.• Input into development of long-term strategy for Sanlam Personal Finance.
