I had the pleasure of working with Janet when she was the Regional Service Manager for the San Francisco Bay Region. She did an amazing job supporting over 200 stores. She demonstrated exceptional partnering skills, was excellent at project management and an extremely effective manager. Janet did an amazing job in that role and was considered one of the best, if the not the best, in the company. She managed losses well below plan, the store/branch audit scores were strong, and in a time of crises (a branch robbery, takeover, shooting) Janet knew what had to be done and provided calm and reassuring leadership.
