I managed Brian for about one year with Art.com, where he was brought in to take over a Quality Manager role in an operation that was still maturing. Brian's skill sets in the area of quality were a great fit; he brought excellent tools and discipline particularly in the areas of training and audit programs. He took a raw environment and has put discipline to it. He also manages a production team of about 15 people and has a grooming style of leadership, and is very altruistic when it comes to his approach to his team. Brian will be a great asset in any role.
