When Natalie left advertising.com as events manager I couldn't have been happier as it meant I could employ her as the IAB's event manager. In the last 2 years she has been our safe pair of hands organising and managing over 100 events ranging from 20 to 650 people at a time. She has become a great business partner and a great manager to her events team. Natalie has the brilliant ability to appear calm on the outside even if there are a million things to do which is imperative in our line of work. Sadly I couldn't be unhappier when I discovered that she is relocating to New York due to her husband's work commitments. My loss is another companies gain.
