I do t usually do recommendations on LinkedIn, but I made an exception for Zaur, because he is exceptional. I have worked with Zaur over a 5 year period, during different phases of the various projects across Expo2020 and Expo City and have greatly valued his considerable input to the technology team in each case. Each project and phase have had unique challenges but Zaur is one of those people who will find solutions and get the job done no matter what. He has an amazing capacity to work under pressure and get stuff done in a structured and organised way. Zaur is an excellent strategic thinker, result and performance oriented team member. Besides technical knowledge Zaur has strong leadership qualities and team management abilities. He managed the team knowing that each member is an individual.
