Chuck Dibilio
I worked with Matt in the same engineer pod at RollWorks. Matt is the most effective communicator of any engineer I have ever worked with. He concisely lays out very simple options for very complicated problems. This skill set of Matt makes it very easy for a PM to make any strategic decision. Any engineering team would be lucky to have him.
Mark Miller
I collaborated with Matt on several projects during his time at RollWorks. Matt demonstrated himself to be a capable fullstack engineer that could take a project given to him, break it down into its components, and see through its implementation. Besides his actual engineering work, Matt showed himself to be a thoughtful and caring individual. Matt was always first to think about what could deliver the best experience for the customer, point out any gaps in our thinking, and ask how everyone was doing when in a meeting. Matt was a pleasure to work with and would be a great engineering add to any business.
