It was time to bring my business into the future and Liam was highly recommended through other local businesses that have used him, to do just the job. Just to say a huge thankyou for a quick turnaround from my initial enquiry to getting a laptop sorted for me and migrating all my information over from my computer. It all feels very professional now and have saved me a huge headache of trying to work it out myself….time I haven’t got and knowing it is all being backed up is also a huge relief! Very friendly and approachable, Pearce IT is a trusted company to go to and everything was explained as it was happening. When we moved business premises recently we did not hesitate to contact Liam to support us with moving and setting up of all our IT equipment. As an existing customer of PearceIT we were confident that he would not only give us great value for money on the additional new equipment we needed but that he would do all he could to make sure the move went as smoothly as possible so our business activity was not compromised in any way. Liam's response did not disappoint. He provided a quotation to provide new PCs and monitors. His price was the perfect balance of excellent value for money and the exact specification of equipment we were looking for. To ensure that we could continue our business activity and respond to our clients in the way they would expect us to, our move took place over a weekend. Liam was there with us on the Saturday morning and had all of our IT equipment, including VOIP phone system, printers and PC's all connected and ready for us within a matter of hours. We started work in our new premises on the Monday morning without a single glitch! Liam enabled us to undertake a complex move with minimal disruption - our clients did not notice a thing until we announced our move, which is just the way we wanted it to be and we were saved from a huge IT induced headache. I cannot recommend his support and services highly enough.
