Working with multiple stakeholders, I deliver effective leadership for this charity that operates programmes that successfully address a range of social issues, including mental health, unemployment, crime, low confidence and self-esteem. Here, I oversee the delivery of multiple programmes, often working out of hours including evenings and weekends to secure programme objectives, and pioneer positive change as well as executing our strategy as defined by the Board of Trustees and CEO. I also manage a 20-strong team including interim staff, freelancers, volunteers and interns, upscaling to 70 to drive key projects while ensuring the team receive professional development to secure outstanding results and maximise staff retention.Delivering effective project management of charity programmes, I oversee budgeting and resourcing as well as leading all project phases from negotiation and funding through to delivery and monitoring and evaluation. Here, I collaborate with multiple partner organisations and agencies, successfully working with schools, youth centres, police forces, social services, Local Authorities and grant-making bodies. I also leverage my expertise in safeguarding, professionally resolving or passing on concerns to appropriate authorities.Working both independently and as part of a team, I use technology to drive programme automation and efficiency as well as facilitating accurate performance reporting for multiple programme stakeholders. Here, I put data and business analytics at the front and centre of the charity, including gathering data and using insights to drive data-driven decision-making that increases efficiency and performance across the charity. I also maximise programme reach by developing and executing a wide-ranging marketing and communications strategy, securing positive marketing, coverage and reception, including on BBC Radio and social media.
