I had the pleasure to experience Stephen as he was leading the 3rd party team at Tag that was supporting our project at NaturalMotion - and I could not have asked for a better match. Stephen is humble, highly committed, always on top of things, a great communicator, never hesitates to raise and tackle tricky topics which helps him stay ahead of the issues. He not only had a great relationship with this team but also very quickly built trusted relationships with his points of contact here at NaturalMotion. Under his leadership his team felt less like a 3rd party but almost more like a part of our internal project team. Stephen and his team quickly got entrusted with tasks that were very alignment intensive and Stephen did an amazing job coordinating and communicating not just with NaturalMotion but also within the wider Zynga.

Hello there, When managing 3rd party relationship between Natural Motion and Tag Games, I have found Stephen to be reliable, knowledgeable and trustwhorty production person who could organise his team and then provide predictability and quality required for deliverables trusted with. In my opinion Stephen firmly belongs to the club of good producers out there and I am happy to recommend him for any mid-level or Senior Producer roles, at the time of writing in March 2022. Regards, Mariusz

In my role as Player Support Manager, I was responsible for setting the direction for Outplay's support experience. In conjunction with the development teams, I improved the support experience by bringing it more in line with our competitors and pushing to provide a higher standard of service. Initially, I was the only member of the Player Support team, but during my time in the role, I highlighted the need to grow the department, which at its peak reached 4 full-time staff.
