While substitute teaching in the Wilton Community School District I have had many wonderful opportunities. Not only have I had the opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, but I have had the opportunity to step in for two different teachers during extended absences from school. I have also been able to tutor and teach summer school in the elementary school for the past two summers. The staff at this school are wonderful to work with and have allowed the unique opportunity for an outsider to swap ideas on everything from lessons and curriculum to ideas for behavior management.
