I had the pleasure of having Cheryl in my unit when I was Director of Account Reporting/Stop Loss in the Underwriting Department at BCBSMA. She showed great initiative and high energy in approaching her work, and was excellent at client and interdepartmental relations. Cheryl was a self-starter, full of new ideas and very good at customer service. Her loyalty, friendship, dedication and hard work were instrumental in making the Stop-Loss area a success.

I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl for close to 15 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. I initially worked with Cheryl in her roles as Stop Loss and Senior Stop Loss Analyst and was thrilled when she progressed to Manager of Stop Loss Reporting in 2010. Cheryl is the definition of a team player, and I not only enjoyed working with her but also learned a lot about stop loss from her along the way. I worked with her on several stop loss related projects, one of which spanned several years in duration. The long term stop loss project was focused on installing a new stop loss system and it was very challenging and frustrating for all involved, however Cheryl never lost her patience and was frequently called on to troubleshoot issues that required knowledge that others on the team did not possess. Without her stop loss knowledge, attention to detail, and problem solving skills the program would not have been implemented in a timely and successful manner. I feel fortunate to have worked with Cheryl over her tenure at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and know that she will be a great addition to a new organization.
