Oversaw knowledge management, communications, partnerships, and advocacy efforts which resulted in a 31% increase in the submission of program proposals and grants and external and internal communication materials produced. Prepared training modules on COVID precautions and standard operating procedures for a multi-tiered intervention resulting in training for 50,000 community health workers and volunteers. Managed and directed a team of 285 paramedics and laboratory technicians to collect more than 50% of the country’s COVID-19 samples until July 2021. Directed and coordinated all aspects, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of a behavior change communication project partnering with CDC Bangladesh and the CDC Foundation where behavioral nudges resulted in a 17% reduction in the number of people not wearing masks, a 16% rise in people practicing physical distancing and a 52% rise in handwashing practices. Designed projects and developed proposals in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders and successfully secured funding partnerships worth more than 6 million USD. Developed content for donor-specific communications, donor reports and ensured the program’s social media presence, coordinated and wrote blogs on various national and international platforms. Prepared value-for-money reports to capture and evaluate program performance in terms of economy, efficiency, effectiveness, and equity every 6 months from 2019, 2020, and 2021.
