I had the opportunity to work with Kim at Refine Labs. Kim played a critical role in helping to grow our team, during a rapid expansion period. Our growth required the team source elite talent in some very nuanced marketing roles. Kim was able to quickly understand the needs of the business and the subtleties of the talent we were looking for, and then lead the effort to build and vet our talent pipeline. I've always been impressed with the speed at which Kim was able to learn the intricacies of the roles we were hiring for, despite never having worked in similar roles. Her work began at the sourcing stage, but she was so quick to pick things up that she was soon able to take an active part in the qualification stage. We typically relied on people who had spent years in the industry, to lead qualification efforts. But Kim's ability to absorb the team's input and translate that into her work made our entire process more efficient and effective. Today, we have an incredible level of talent at our company, due in large part to Kim's work.
