I do not say this lightly: Michael Ten Clay is one of the hardest workers I know. His drive, dedication and attention to detail in his work is second to none. While Michael was not my direct supervisor, I supported him almost daily in his role serving various stakeholders within our client's organization. Even while managing varying budgets, timelines and details Michael always delivered for all involved. What I loved about working with Michael is that he isn't just passionate about his work but he is equally passionate about the people he works alongside. In my time working with him, I saw time after time that Michael would consistently make himself available for the betterment of his coworkers. Michael would make an absolutely fantastic addition to any team he works with.
