Having suffered with back issues for years and seen many many people to help me manage this problem I was recommended to see Penny. Unlike all the other treatment I have had, which usually left me completely wrung out, I was able to walk tall and pain free from my appointment. Having worked with Healthcare professionals for over 20 years I am not easily impressed.. which is why I have taken time out to make this recommendation.

We also provide workstation assessments. Our new product is a workstation assessment training video. Employees train themselves to correctly set up their home and office workstation, completing a short questionnaire to demonstrate that knowledge. The completed questionnaire also provides proof the employer has fulfilled their legal obligations regarding the Health and Safety and Duty of Care to their employees.
