We first worked with Michele to buy our house in Philipse Manor, she was incredible and had great vision, we turned a spooky old house into a gem. When it came time to move, we immediately called her first. She worked to sell the house in PM with the minimum of hassle, and find us a new house with a very specific set of requirements. I am amazed in this market that she got us the maximum $/ft on the sale and the minimum $/ft on the new house. The new house is working out well and I am enjoying seeing this old Victorian come right back to life. I'm sure with any other agent, this would have all fallen apart. Thanks again M.

We started working with Michelle for a home purchase in 2007. For three years she kept us up-to-date and ready to pounce on any opportunities that came along (which finally happened late last year). She knew what we wanted and was willing to wait for the us to find the right house. When we finally did find the right house - thanks to her - she was right there with needed advice and input and information only someone would know who has had years of smart negotiating experience. She knows how to get deals done, and when the inevitable problems pop-up she knew how to manage us, which to me is the most important trait for a successful agent. Throughout the buying process I was always confident in her abilities - that's not something I take for granted. Not all agents are alike. She does'nt sugar coat things but can really put herself in the shoes - and the best interests - of her clients. (waiting three years for the right house to come along for us proves it.) I would work with her again in a heartbeat and recommend her highly.
