I am currently the Chair of my firm's Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Practice Group as well as its Medical Marijuana Practice Group. As a former General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer, I offer a unique perspective on applying business law and understanding the needs of my clients. I have extensive experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, medical marijuana, software, and manufacturing industries and represent a diverse array of businesses, business owners, and entrepreneurs in matters ranging from blockchain development and integration, cryptocurrency mining, initial coin offerings, medical marijuana, software development, video games and in-game currency, to fuel distribution, and plastics manufacturing. I apply my legal acumen and business leadership skills to help guide executives and owners of companies of all sizes achieve their business goals. An Ohio native, I enjoy spending time with and traveling to see family and friends, listening to and playing music, outdoor activities, and home-brewing.
