I had the pleasure of managing Kathleen for nearly two years at Rent the Runway. In that time, she was promoted twice and became the top performer in her department. She was well on her way to a leadership promotion! She is reliable, genuine, professional, kind, and empathetic. She takes feedback incredibly well, and uses the feedback to push herself to the next level. Kathleen is extremely adaptable and does not get frustrated with change. She always did her job with a smile no matter what the circumstances were- always cool, calm, and collected! The entire team loved working with Kathleen, myself included. She is a manager's dream! She commonly found creative ways to excel in her role. She always took the initiative and came to the leadership team with great ideas and solution-oriented feedback.
