I had the privilege of having Dave as my manger for 2.5 years. He always made sure we had everything we needed to get our work done. His open door policy was one of the best I've ever experienced in my career. Dave is the type of guy that knows how to get things done and treat his direct reports with respect and understanding when things come up. He makes you feel appreciated for everything that you do. Ultimately, he gave me the confidence in myself to become a better consultant and I'll always be grateful for his help in my growth as a professional.
