I hired Sofia and was her direct supervisor for her first 3 years at EA. Sofia is an excellent Program Manager, possessing solid PM skills and is adept at building relationships with her customers and peers. In addition, Sofia has a technical background and is able to understand and communicate highly technical issues when dealing with the technical staff.
