I took on Gavin to help manage a dynamic, fast growing IT department for Glenrand, a Lloyd's Insurance Broker. He rapidly grew in to the role and demonstrated the ability to work hard and intelligently. He managed his own workload effectively and was an asset to the department. I also employed Gavin as a contractor some years later, knowing that he would be able to adapt to a very different working environment.
