Current fuel polishing companies are unable to objectively or meaningfully quantify fuel quality to engine manufacturers specification - and the only company who does is the only one we feel comfortable to work with. Mark worked at Bank of Montreal's BMO InvestorLine where he managed the electronic trading platform. We developed anti-fraud mechanisms, communications and products based on what we heard from clients. What we did was centralize the complaint process to respond strategically. We also created appropriate metrics which generated significant savings in time, salaries and improved efficiencies. Mark was also Chair of the Diversity Council for PCG Canada.
