Jenn Lamantia
Rachel has been instrumental to our team in launching our first U.S. UpNEXT Program, a new grad rotational program that didn't exist prior to her starting in our PA location. She started 2 month before the kick off of the program, and 100% embodied our "Be Unstoppable" value, as she jumped in and got to work. She efficiently and effectively used the time she had to give our Associates the best experience with the little time, context and data she had. She has built great relationships with the team and I when it comes to collaboration, trust and thoughtful partnership. I know that she always puts the Associates, the team and her partners first, and that she can execute swiftly with top-notch quality and a very personal touch. I'd recommend Rachel, and any team would be lucky to have her!

Rachel is an AMAZING program manager and such a pleasure to work with! I worked very closely with Rachel in two different organizations, her as a program manager and myself on the creative/video production side. We mainly worked together on large-scale projects with very tight deadlines. She is on top of every program and project she leads. She always anticipates and manages issues with ease, and always makes sure that we learn from past projects - which allows our team to always work better and smarter. She is always looking for ways to improve our project management processes to increase efficiency and improve communication between the team members involved in projects. She is the type of person that you work with that you can trust closed eyes to successfully lead and manage any projects to completion. Rachel is the ultimate program manager and she will be an asset to any team. I could not recommend her enough!
