  Supported the Electronic Warfare (EW) team at Progeny Systems (now GDMS) by independently developing a user interface for an RF block downconverter testing framework written in Python, MATLAB, and C. Created a wireframe for the design through meetings with team members, and built a working interface using Python, tk, and tcl with an observed test efficiency increase of 83% and support for seven different tests. Application was successfully demonstrated to other DoD subcontractors as part of a greater proposal for a chance to win a multi-million dollar contract. Additional work consisted of maintaining diagnostic tools for embedded systems using JavaScript and HTML in a Fedora environment ran in Oracle VirtualBox. Show less
