I was head-hunted to join the Orange APAC Management team in 2016 as a Microsoft solution expert for Orange’s Microsoft-focused UC Business initiative. Progressively, I have been earmarked as a Change Maker within Orange APAC, driving new business revenue or opportunity with each of the country Sales Teams and leaders and exploring the new world of customer-changing computing needs. The key tasks often called for the need, on me; to be the main prime to envision or piece together with our clients; for an end-to-end enterprise cloud infrastructure, solutions need. As I do not own direct account relationships, winning the trust of my customers as a Trusted Advisor is key in my multiple success in Orange. For instance, getting customers to explore emerging technologies on top of their initial solution expectations or influencing my Account Team to pitch Cloud-based solutions or SaaS instead of just focusing on traditional Telco-related discussion on connectivity or hosting business. In the capacity of Microsoft Enterprise Solution Architect, I am involved in the technical design and implementation of products and services or solutions offered to Orange corporate clients and large accounts. I am also responsible for the design and/or validation of architecture (by defining and gathering all the required elements) in line with the needs and requirements of customer projects. I do need to ensure technical compatibility between the client’s requirements, anticipated solution vision, and complying with the final solution outcome and delivery timeline. While in the capacity of Business Development, I am actively involved with Software Principals, Hardware Vendors and Solutions Partner on GTMs, Events speaking, and products channels development alignments within - for Orange Business Services. Reporting and working collaboratively with Avanade’s Program Director at a Singapore Government Statutory Board Project site; that is focused on Land estate management. As this role is a customer facing role, I do need to plan and schedule meetings with various customer department head/staffs and with Avanade project members relating to training requirements. In most events, I have to facilitate meetings for my course preparers with various Avanade development team leads in the course of capturing their customize software Key development functions into End-user training slides. My secondary role is the provide Learning and Development support to the on-site Avanade employees, by coordinating weekly lunch and learn sessions, to assist the senior consultants while on site to achieve their required learning credits to achieve their career goal to be a Avanade Architect.
