We are in the business of acquiring distressed notes and properties. We have extensive knowledge and experience in purchasing distressed assets and handling the foreclosure process. Our team has purchased approximately $250,000,000 worth of distressed assets in the past 12 months. Single purpose LLCs are formed to purchase one or multiple assets. The note(s) are secured usually by income producing property that is valued significantly higher than the debt amount. We have a sophisticated algorithm process to identify the right opportunities and buy them. Through this process and the relationships with different banks and lending sources, we have been able to buy these distressed assets and even get the bank to finance up to 80-90% of the note value.
