ABIL Group is a diversified group with interests in Real Estate , Hospitality , Infrastructure , Energy and Co-Living. Looking after the Sales & Leasing of the Company's Commercial Real Estate Projects. Spearheading the IPC Networking, Property Canvassing for Brands & Investor Sales. Currently responsible for almost 1.8 million sq feet directly.I am in-charge of completely developing the brand strategy and product marketing plan for our ventures in the Real Estate , Fine Dine and the Co-Living sectors along with being the product owner of our Lead Management System (CRM)I led the building of, QLeads product, along with the company providing us our existing ERP systems. QLeads is a state of art Lead Management System complete with all functions and reports required for marketing analytics along with Lead Engagement Automation. I initiated an outbound marketing effort on the leads that were lost in our systems and managed to generate interest of over 200+ leads in our products and even managed sales amounting to over INR 35 Cr from these lost leads. Over months I have through optimized spending and performance marketing managed to generate over INR 166 Cr of revenues for the group with spends below INR 8 Cr
