Gavin McCully
I have known Phil now for almost 19 years both as a work colleague and friend. Phil is much more than being just an excellent engineer. His strategic thinking and execution has made him a high level executive resource for many companies in the Infrastructure and Nuclear Power industries both in the UK and abroad. His reputation for being able to see to the heart of an issue and provide effective and realistic solutions is well earned often in difficult situations. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Phil at any time.
Andrew Fraser
Apart from his excellent technical knowledge, Philip is the consummate networker and has brought this to bear in supporting several of our projects. A pleasure to work with.
