Since 2004, Madison Realty Capital has completed more than $20 billion in transactions in the U.S. providing borrowers with flexible and highly customized financing solutions, strong underwriting capabilities, and certainty of execution. • Evaluate debt investment opportunities across various real estate asset classes, including multi-family and single-family housing, office, hospitality, and industrial • Lead the due diligence process on over $1.5B of debt transactions beginning with initial deal screening, third-party engagement and collaboration, property-level due diligence, and spearheading the execution of leveraged financing. • Create investment memoranda for the firm’s investment committee highlighting deal strengths, risks, and risk mitigants. • Perform extensive financial modeling in Excel, utilizing historical financials, property comparables, research projections and other property and market data to determine valuation views • Collaborate with the accounting and development teams to produce monthly property reports and quarterly budget updates for JV partners and lenders of the firm’s equity investments • Assist in managing the firm’s $12B+ debt portfolio, providing quarterly updates on the status of the loan, construction, and underlying value to best position the firm to make business decisions • Collaborate with the accounting and fundraising teams to prepare marketing materials to support $1B+ of fundraising efforts.
