  At From3, I am in charge of lots of UI projects that vary in complexity. As an autonomous engineer, apart from nailing the frontend code, I am also deeply involved in the dev-ops part of the projects and the backend.   Along with my wife, I have co-founded The Gardener Jazz Festival - a jazz festival in Iasi that brings exceptional musicians into this part of the country. In the last 3 yearly editions of the festival, I've worn all the possible hats: Project Manager, Engineer, Copywriter, Success Manager, Talent recruiter, Social Media person, Finance director, Stage manager, Presenter... and the list goes on. I haven't done all the roles at once and I definitely wasn't always the perfect… Show more Along with my wife, I have co-founded The Gardener Jazz Festival - a jazz festival in Iasi that brings exceptional musicians into this part of the country. But, I've also got the job done and learned so many valuable things! The things that I found to be most relevant to my engineering career are definitely related to project management, leadership and general time management.
