Over the past 2018 to 2020 years I have personally worked with Tara King, in her role as Training Facilitator and Instructional Designer. Tara excels at both roles and has become a valued member of my Professional Services department. During Tara’s time at Igloo Software, she designed and delivered a training program for our customers at global user events. Tara also successfully developed, piloted, and launched the technical course offerings as part of the education program for our customers at Igloo Software. She created and maintained the digital workplace training environments, developed procedures for training facilitation and developed the guidelines for instructional design projects along with providing the training facilitation services to our global customers. Overall, Tara is a pleasure to work with. She’s an excellent team player who can form solid relationships with both her teammates and her customers. I would highly recommend hiring Tara for roles in learning and development. Tara would be a great addition to your company.
