I rarely come across real talents who stand out like Scott, not only as an Engineer and CEO, but also as a person. Scott’s ability to handle multiple challenges with such a positive mindset is something to be admired. As the CEO of Black Moth, Scott has led the team of professionals to develop some amazing products that are breaking new ground in the transport and mining industry. Working with Black Moth, I got to know Scott quite well. I really love the atmosphere Scott has created at Black Moth. He’s found some really talented individuals, who are also really good people. Its a really special place to work at and I have to give a lot of credit to Scott for making that a reality. Scott is a very approachable person, who cares a lot about the wellbeing and development of his employees and it can be easy to forget that he is the CEO of a fast growing company. His energy and passion he brings every day is very contagious and has made Black Moth a very innovative company. I’m very happy to have had the chance to work with Scott in my first professional role from university and I can say with certainty that I would gladly recommend him to conquer any future challenge.

Baltec Systems was a company in Brisbane in the Power Electronics sector in the 90's, that dealt with the design of Electrostatic Precipitator controllers and products for restricting the amount of environmental pollution for Electricity production and Aluminium smelting. The designs I worked on included Electrostatic Precipitator controllers (PC230), Rapper controllers, that included electronic disciplines of Power Electronics, Microcontroller based architectures and low-level analog design, and PCB layout.Baltec Systems was acquired by BHA Group, which is now part of GE Energy Environmental Products Division.
