Holt Renfrew is globally recognized luxury retailer. HR is currently undergoing a major IT transformation including the replacement of their Point of Sale system. I successfully delivered the new Point of Sale and Gift Card Programs for Holt Renfrew. This program included five core components:(1) Delivered the new Xstore software to all 550 POS locations across Canada on the latest HP tablets.(2) Delivered the new Gift Card program with enhanced security features.(3) Delivered EMV certified Pin Pads with each POS unit.(4) Coordinated the updating of mill-work on the cash desks to accommodate the latest mobile technology (POS tablets).(5) Collaborated on the new technical infrastructure to support the stores with the new technology and programs. Hudson’s Bay Corporation – Program Director - Enterprise Point of Sale (March 2016 – Present) Successfully delivered the new Enterprise Point of Sale (EPOS) for Hudson's Bay Company for the following banners: Saks 5th Avenue (US & Canada), Saks Off5th (US & Canada), Lord + Taylor. - Delivered a new Enterprise Point of Sale to all banners - focusing on one code stream, one business process – multiple releases and deployments for all banners. - Obtained EMV Certification for all merchant transactions (Chase & TD Bank) - Delivered EMV chip enabled pin pads which minimize fraudulent charge backs deployed to all stores and POS - Upgraded store infrastructure (POS terminals, pin pads, wireless routers, store controllers etc.) - Supported the adoption of a Host Data Capture methodology for Sale Audit. The EPOS has been deployed to 222 stores (6500+ registers) across North America for all banners. The budget for this program was in excess of $16MM. Other programs managed during my tenure with HBC include: - Bank Consolidation – moved from two banking partner to one for all US banners. - Hudson’s Bay/Home Outfitters – new pin pad deployment (non-integrated) with TD Bank (5,000 in total deployed to 141 stores across Canada).
