To strengthen employee safety education, improve mitigation program development, and align the Safety Committee, rewards and recognition programs with organizational goals, I develop and implement innovative strategies. I also ensure 100% compliance with all safety and environmental regulations with insurance carriers, OSHA, and the EPA. Generate reports of costs and health and safety metrics. Additionally, I plan, and facilitate multiple safety training including Defensive Driving (Fleet), First Aid, Incident Investigation, and Industrial Lifting.
