It's basically a hands-in-everything approach. We're a small firm and I'm the Project Manager so my responsibilities are rarely defined by a range of job tasks, but rather by a wide reaching spectrum of personal accomplishments and expectations. I create, manage, coordinate, explore, oversee, initiate, revise, and complete various aspects of every project, in-house standards, and marketing ventures. As a non-profit endeavor, the underlying goals and purpose of tmyU was to benefit local communities and other community-benefitting non-profit agencies by providing innovative landscape design solutions that would enhance neighborhoods. Volunteer based efforts and collaboration was quintessential in every step of the process. From the time of founding tmyU I oversaw workings and progression. I worked directly with other non-profit organizations to collaborate on volunteer opportunities… Show more As a non-profit endeavor, the underlying goals and purpose of tmyU was to benefit local communities and other community-benefitting non-profit agencies by providing innovative landscape design solutions that would enhance neighborhoods. As Assistant Project Manager, my contributions ranged from the creation of conceptual plans, presentation graphics, and marketing materials all the way through the completion of refined, detailed construction document packages. I oversaw several projects; I worked directly with clients and coordinated with consultants ensuring that all aspects of each project were completed efficiently and accurately while working to exceed the client's expectations.
