I can't say enough good things about Karen. While I was managing an Office 2010 Rollout project, I hired her to teach Office 2010 Transition trainings for our 500+ users. She has the perfect combination of technical and people skills, and the class attendees consistently rated her very high... usually above an 8.5 on a scale of 1-9. Not only is she an excellent trainer, but she also voluntarily assisted with the numerous logistics of the trainings. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity and problem solving skills, definitely contributed to the successful completion of our project. Karen knows the Office 2010 product extremely well and is very proficient at transferring her knowledge to students. One of the best testaments of her training abilities was that we frequently had to remind students that their class time was up. Many of these same students were employees who initially had asked if they might leave class early if they felt they had learned everything they needed for their jobs. When I again have needs for an instructor in the future, I will certainly contact Karen.

As the owner of my own computer applications training company, I provided professional Microsoft Office training to a variety of businesses and training centers in the Denver metro area along with field sites in North Dakota, Texas, and Oklahoma. One of my specialties was providing companies with transition training as they implemented new software into their work environment.
