How do you write a recommendation for the person who inspired you to love the craft, the creativity, the teamwork and the challenges of advertising so much so that you worked diligently to hone your own skills in order to be a better partner to the creative team? With genuine enthusiasm. And I'm not alone. Lisa inspires everyone she deals with. She inspires clients to see the possibilities in a new campaign or innovative creative solution. She inspires creative teams to push their ideas further and live and love the brands they work on. She inspires her agency colleagues through her commitment to excellence, her incredible work ethic, and her championing of team spirit. Lisa is also one of the best presenters I've ever worked with as she lights up the room and gets everyone vibrating about what can be achieved when client and agency partner together. I've worked with Lisa on 2 separate occasions and in both instances she elevated the work, drove greater new business conversion and made the agencies a more fun place to be. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Lisa is the dream creative director -- equal parts sheer creativity, strategic approach to everything, partnership early on in the process with media and all in the business with the account people. She is a true leader -- collaborative, energetic and compassionate. The clients and agency teammates always advocate to have her on their business. I would highly recommend her to any agency looking for a creative minded problem solver.
