Steffan is a purple squirrel! He came into o9 as a contractor for our technical roles in R&D and knocked it out of the park! We had struggled with filling our open roles within the R&D team and Steffan came in and did over 100% of the hiring in just a few short months, attributed to more than we had done for over a year. He joined the team as if he had always been apart of it, joined in on the conversations, etc. I would hire Steffan over and over again if I had the opportunity. He has an eye for talent, stays structured in his approaches, communicates effectively, and wants to make an impact.
