I worked with Alaa for 2 years when he was employed by Spar Solutions. They were our Salesforce and ServiceMax platform consultants. It was always a pleasure working with him. He brought a high level of knowledge to the table. As soon as he started, he worked to gain an understanding of our platform as it is very complicated and employs many customization tools. Alaa was very attentive to the needs of our organization and always offered recommendations for more effective ways to the processes. As a result of interacting with Alaa and the seeing the knowledge he has, I have enrolled in a Salesforce Admin Certification Training Course.
