Keith reacts to the changing business environment or projects quickly, getting them done on time and complete. He has good short term planning skills and has organized him self in way that allows him to be on time. Keith responds well to feed back and to constructive feed back about his performance and is always looking for ways to improve. His back ground in store operations, Planning, replenishment and buying have made him a well rounded person suited for almost any business position.

I have worked with Keith for about a year and a half on the closet, storage, organization and laundry categories. I found Keith to be accessible and frank. He understands the buying and the retail side of the equation. We worked together on assortments and planograms and he very quickly got up to speed on the category. He challenged us to improve productivity of his planogram and to sharpen pricing on his assortment. He worked with us to develop innovative new programs and promotions. I heartily offer my recommendation for Keith.
