DM and Writer for Games in the Gallery Program: Writing Campaigns, Map Design, Event Coordination and scheduling Games in the Gallery is a public gaming program on the third thursday of every month, which seeks to bring new people into the museum, to play board games and D&D in the museum galleries. As the head DM of the program, I handle writing the one shots, map design, balance design, and new player experience for the Dungeons and Dragons side of the program using the 5th Edition. As part of the writing, I also specialize in integrating real world events, and personalities within the AAM community, into the fantasy world we've created such as writing an adventure set at an auction, and festival, inspired by the annual gala, and featuring "Kristof Martino, Master Craftsman" based loosely on Chris Martin of Martin Guitars, the guest of honor at the annual gala. Additionally mapped out multiple week adventures into a Seasonal Format, to be then bound, published, and given away for free to guests of the museum. Show less

      • Feb 2015 - Nov 2017

Began time at CI as a Customer Service Representative, and during my time with the company developed and headed two programs, the Private Accounts and Private Event programs. Both were white glove customer focused services while still profit driven experiences utilizing a knowledge of product and price structuring gained throughout my time with the company. Part of this program involved developing a weekly email to be sent out to a segmented focused audience tailored to their apecific tastes while maintaining a minimum profit margin of 42% however I averaged 47%-52% regularly thus exceeding the standards set for me in this regard. The events program was for larger packages and focused more on increasing brand awareness for the company by way of specially tailored packages for weddings, private organizations, etc. These programs were successful to the point that I was able to move to the Marketing Department of the company in November 2018. I was also sent through the Tobacconist University Program during this time and am now registered as a Certified Salesforce Tobacconist. Show less
