Part of research team that focuses on the field of microbiology especially feline coronavirus. This research is in collaboration with animal clinics in Yogyakarta, with samples from cats. This project aims to detect FCoV based on molecular method and to characterize local isolates based on phylogenetic analysis. Developed knowledge and skills to perform PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), purified RNA or DNA from animal samples, and characterized local isolate of microbial based on phylogenetic analysis.
