As BA and scrum master of the team, I appreciated very much Sebastian's ability to communicate very clearly about the work in progress, impediments, impacts, suggestions of solutions. Sebastian worked only 6 weeks in our team, but he succeeded to deliver rich new functionalities very quickly. I am very impressed how quickly he got up to speed.
