I had the opportunity to work with Dan on many occasions while at Capital Education. Most of our efforts were centered around implementing features, proposed by Dan, for the company's course authoring environment. Dan is a very clear communicator and innovative thinker, which made implementing his proposed features a very straight forward process. Dan has a gift for automating manual tasks. He has created many macros that his team has used to significantly reduce course production time. Dan's willingness to work through hard problems while maintaining a positive attitude makes him a great team member. I enjoyed working with Dan and would welcome the opportunity to work with him in the future.

Dan was one the powerhouses that Cardean was built on. He has a stellar resume in Learning Technologies and he is one of the most approachable gurus in a work environment. It is hard to infer whether his people skills or his technical skills strikes you first. I endorse Dan with no reservations.
