  I organise training courses for both engineering and architecture firms on BIM processes, tools and workflows. At the moment I am training 15 professionals in Perugia, in order to teach them to manage Point Clouds and BIM models. One of the workflow we developed together starts from the laser scanning of the building, then we process the point clouds with a couple of software like Cyclone from Leica Systems and Recap Pro from Autodesk, then we model the buildings in Revit, paying attention to the quality and type of information needed.

  During the extension project of the new docking facility at the International Airport Leonardo da Vinci of Fiumicino, Rome, I have worked at the at the MEP systems as a model manager, coordinating and managing the graphical and non-graphical data. One of the main responsibilities I had to pursue was to provide technical drawings and QTO sheets to the heads of engineering design firms and at the construction areas, to facilitate the MEP systems assembly.

My main responsibility was to facilitate the computational designer work, the job consisted in to check if the information received were correct and transpose the three-dimensional models made with Dynamo into the “complex geometry model”, ensuring the procedures to be compliant with the BIM manager needs and requirements.
