I worked with Liz Fallin for approximately two and a half years, at MRS Inc. Liz worked as an integrations specialist, a difficult role that demanded many hats. She was expected not just to write flawless and defensive code, but to figure out what it had to do and how from vague documents, with little help from others, and to figure out how to test it. And all of this had to be done on an aggressive schedule. The job requires proficiency in several programming languages, from Visual FoxPro to C# and SQL. I'm not competent to say much about her VFP skills but it's worth noting that integration software she wrote is being used in many hospitals and clinics, and that as we prepare to launch an update to our flagship software after five years of hard work, Liz's code is paying my salary. However I can say her C# and SQL code was very streamlined, and defensive enough to be used "in the wild" without breaking or requiring intervention. It was easy to understand and maintain, and generally resourceful and clever. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liz for any programming task, but especially for one that requires ingenuity.

I worked with Liz for over a year at Mammography Reporting System. During this time, she was a great resource to me, providing assistance in languages that I was unfamiliar with. She was given projects written in Visual Fox Pro, and she quickly picked up on the nuances of the language. Working in Integrations, Liz was required to move from one project to another, and was able to prioritize the multiple coding tasks on her plate, often having to put one on hold to work on a more important job. She showed a strong ability in being able to balance multiple tasks while making progress in all of them. Liz is very easy-going, and got along with everyone in the company. She has an active lifestyle, which she brings with her to work, eliciting a positive attitude from her coworkers. Her ability to quickly learn new languages and find her way around in new projects makes Liz an asset to any software development firm.
