  Lead Mentor Together's inaugural Placement Creation Mentorship Program for 100 final-year computer science engineering students and 26 Mentors from the software industry. I was reporting directly to the CEO, providing progress updates and strategic recommendations. I was able to make use of technology to achieve higher conversion rates compared to other programs within the organization. Played a key role in enhancing Mentor Together's branding by creating captivating designs for Mentor and Mentee partner decks, social media content, curriculum materials, and more. Strengthened analytical skills through meticulous examination of weekly CSV data exports from the Mentor To Go platform. Conveyed key insights and findings to stakeholders using clear and impactful visual representations. Fostering strong and collaborative relationships with team members helped me adapt faster to the organizational operations process and gather valuable feedback from team members, which led to the development and implementation of impactful strategies.
