  Contributed to the development of the organization's products, such as: Management System: Management of the entire portfolio of a brokerage firm to register clients, policies, control and transfer of commissions, claims and the issuance of dozens of reports. Multicálculo (Multi-Calculation): Revolutionized Agger product and the insurance market with a robot that provides insurance quotes from 35 insurers in approximately one minute, streamlining the work of brokers who used to spend hours calculating insurance for automobiles, bicycles, residences, businesses, condominiums, rentals, life insurance, individual personal accidents, and travel insurance. A distinctive feature is its ability to simultaneously calculate insurance for automobiles, residences, and life. Another significant advantage of this platform is its user-friendly interface, as users do not need to have a deep understanding of insurance to calculate quotes. Operational: Developed the entire customer acquisition journey for our systems, customer service and relationship center, customer journey and success, and was responsible for pricing Agger's software, billing system, and invoice. Siggner: Electronic signature system for proposals integrated with Certisign. Agger Analytics: Data product marketed to insurance companies to assist them in insurance pricing and overall market research. There are 30 million quotations per month, of which 87% are for cars, 5% for residential, 3% for business and 2% for life. We have a high capillarity of quotes, as we are in all states and in 99% of the cities in Brazil. Responsible for customer service and success, sales, marketing, and support for innovation and technology. Leading a significant portion of the Agger team, consisting of approximately 70 employees.
